TORRANCE, Calif., March 27, 2020- The Torrance City Manager, LeRoy J. Jackson issued a declaration today consistent with State and LA County Public Health Emergency Declarations related to COVID-19, Miramar Park and Torrance Beach will be closed to the public until further notice. The City of Torrance continues to confer with medical experts to cooperatively and proactively slow the spread of COVID-19 while addressing any challenges that may arise due to any outbreak in the City. ### Update 4/1/2020 - Public Order No. 2020-5 of the City Manager Under City of Torrance's Emergency Authority Closing Torrance Beach, Torrance Beach Parking Lot, The Portion Of The Strand Within The City Of Torrance's Jurisdiction, Miramar Park And Riviera Beach Colony Public Parking Lot. ![]()
