PROCLAMATIONS WILL NOT BE PRESENTED AT COUNCIL MEETINGS

Due to the Coronavirus and declarations of emergency at the local, state and federal level, the City of Torrance is taking steps to ensure public health safety. 

The City of Torrance will not present proclamations at council meetings. However, proclamations will be mailed to the organizations.
